WOMEN-FOCUSED MENTAL HEALTHCARE
Care rooted in compassion, clinical expertise and respect for each woman’s story

Stillwaters was created in response to a common experience many women share: feeling rushed, unheard or reduced to symptoms within the mental health system.
Here, care is slower and more intentional. We believe meaningful healing happens when women are met with patience, curiosity, and dignity—not pressure or assumptions.
Our work centers on long-term mental wellness, not quick fixes. We walk alongside women through life’s transitions, losses, and seasons of growth with thoughtful, evidence-based care that adapts over time.
Stillwaters is a place where your full story matters.

Meet Our Nurse Practitioner
MEGAN JONES, PMHNP-BC
PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER
STILLWATERS FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Megan, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrative and upstream women’s mental health and a mom of four. I’m deeply passionate about advocating for women and providing compassionate, evidence-based care through every season of life.
An interesting fact about me is that I also work part-time in orthopedic surgery as a surgical assistant. When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me reading, cooking, or studying for my systems-level doctoral degree.
I have a heart for educating nurses on bedside psychology, upstream psychiatry and whole-person care. I founded Stillwaters in response to my own lived trauma and after recognizing how cold and clinical traditional psychiatric care can feel. Every detail at Stillwaters has been designed to feel warm and welcoming because that is how healing should feel.

Philosophy of Care
We believe mental health care works best when women feel safe, respected and actively involved in their treatment. Healing is not linear, and care should adapt as life changes rather than forcing women into rigid systems.
At Stillwaters, support is collaborative and paced with intention. We prioritize listening before diagnosing and relationship over checklists. Care is designed to be steady, sustainable and rooted in dignity.
Care that is personal, collaborative and built to last.
